Structure Design of 300KW Spring Cone Crusher
Abstract: The graduation project is mainly to complete the design and improvement of 300KW spring cone crusher part of the structure. Firstly, spring cone crusher machine is introduced. Secondly, the spring cone crusher automated assembly machine selection principle and method of calculation are analyzed. Then according to these design principles and calculation methods in accordance with the requirements of the given parameters of type design. Then on the design of the major components assembly machine was checked. Spring cone crusher consists of six major components: frame part, drive shaft parts, spherical bearing parts, moving cone section, part of the adjustment ring. Finally, the lack of spring cone crusher design process exists to facilitate future design improvements. The spring cone crusher design represents the general process of designed, selection of design work for the future has a certain reference value.
