大型城市生活垃圾綜合處理分選裝置總體設(shè)計
摘要
伴隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展和城市人口急速的增加，城市里的生活垃圾數(shù)量也越來越多。隨之而來的垃圾圍城，環(huán)境污染，占用土地等問題也越來越嚴重。城市生活垃圾中包含多種可用回收利用的物質(zhì)如紙張、玻璃、塑料等物質(zhì)。在回收利用垃圾的過程中，我們可以取得一定的經(jīng)濟效益和巨大的社會效益。
在垃圾綜合回收利用的過程中，垃圾分選是其中十分重要的一個過程。垃圾分選程度將影響垃圾后續(xù)處理程度，采用合理的分選設(shè)備是實現(xiàn)垃圾無害化，減量化，資源化的關(guān)鍵。
本文針對生活垃圾成分復雜，綜臺利用處理困難的問題，鑒戒世界上現(xiàn)有的垃圾分選技術(shù)，設(shè)計出一種城市生活垃圾圓筒篩分選機。該機主要是根據(jù)生活垃圾尺寸的大小進行分選，將生活垃圾初步分為大尺寸垃圾和粉末垃圾。尺寸比較大的主要是紙張、塑料等可二次利用的物質(zhì)，而尺寸較小的主要是泥土，食物殘渣等可堆肥物質(zhì)。
本文介紹了目前城市生活垃圾和垃圾處理設(shè)備應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀，并介紹了垃圾分選機的類型、驅(qū)動方式、具體結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理，論述了垃圾圓筒篩分選機的設(shè)計和計算方法。

Abstract
As developing of economy and increasing of population ,quantity of living waste turns more and more .Living waste includes paper ,plastics,glass,etc.Recycling these materials,we can get some economic benefic and huge social profit.On course of recycling waste,sorting is important process.Composition of the living waste are complicated ,so colligated using of living waste is a difficult problem .Aiming at the problem,we designed economical and applied cylinder filtreting machine of living waste through using for reference domestic and intemstionsl current waste filtrating technique.
Accorrding to the composition analysis of the living waste ,we discovered the bigger size material are mainly paper ,platic etc of being made second use of,and the small size material are mainly mud,food remnant etc of compost material.Acorrding to the charateristics of living waste and oversea waste equipments,we designed the waste screening machine .Acorring as size of living waste,the machine can sort the chunk waste and the poeder waste.
Firstly,the paper refers present condision of living waste and disposal equipments of waste. Then,we introduced sorts of waste equipments,sorts of driving,material framework and working theory,At last,we discussed the designed and caiculated way of cylinder screening machine of living waste. We established three-dimensional simulation of sorted machine adopting UG,and optimized framework of the machine.
