摘 要
本文設(shè)計了一臺簡易剪板機(jī)，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對厚度10mm，寬度700mm行剪切，剪斷時間小于10s，重點(diǎn)就機(jī)架、刀架等重要部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計，在設(shè)計中通過對比國內(nèi)外剪板機(jī)，力求設(shè)計出結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作簡便，同時經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的剪板機(jī)，具體設(shè)計思路上：減少了剪切的時間并且提高了剪切精度。采用人工送料以降低成本。近年來，隨著模具技術(shù)和沖壓技術(shù)的發(fā)展，剪板機(jī)的應(yīng)用范圍在不斷地擴(kuò)大，數(shù)量在不斷地增加。預(yù)計不久的將來，剪板機(jī)在沖壓用剪板機(jī)中的比例將會愈來愈大。
