    高溫高速摩擦試驗機

    摘要：摩擦學是一門實踐性很強的應用科學，在國內的相關研究中廣泛使用的試驗機有滾子式磨損試驗機、四球式摩擦磨損試驗機、往復式摩擦磨損試驗機、切人式摩擦、磨損試驗機、盤銷式摩擦磨損試驗機等。摩擦磨損試驗的目的是為了對摩擦磨損現象及其本質進行研究，正確地評價各種因素對摩擦磨損性能的影響，從而確定符合使用要求的摩擦副元件的最優參數。高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗機是進行高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗的有效設備，廣泛運用于對各種高速刀具的高溫摩擦磨損性能進行測試和評價，是高速切削和新型刀具材料研制開發和應用的必備設備。該設備是高速加工和刀具材料研究方向研究工作急需的基礎設備，該設備可以擴展該學科的研究領域和提高研究水平。
