摘 要
測試儀裝置是為了能夠?qū)ξ娱_關(guān)的動態(tài)特性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)的平臺，進(jìn)而來提高開關(guān)的性能，保證其質(zhì)量、提高勞動生產(chǎn)效率，也是現(xiàn)代檢測技術(shù)的基本要求。
基于檢測儀設(shè)計(jì)的理論，根據(jù)已有檢測儀的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作原理，即電動機(jī)作為工作機(jī)構(gòu)的動力源，將其主軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)動動經(jīng)帶輪，圓柱導(dǎo)軌變?yōu)橥鶑?fù)直線運(yùn)動，并同時產(chǎn)生一作用力，傳給傳感器，由傳感器記錄。對測試儀的動力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析，確定測試儀裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)參數(shù)，從而給出了微動開關(guān)動態(tài)特性測試儀的本體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。
根據(jù)測試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案，論述了微動開關(guān)動態(tài)特性測試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，闡述了微動跳躍彈性開關(guān)動態(tài)特性測試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)原理。本文主要論述了測試儀的測試過程，其主要包括測試儀的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和儀器的組成，檢測跳躍彈性開關(guān)的力傳感器和位移特性。通過設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)而提高儀器的性能，保證儀器的工作質(zhì)量，這也是現(xiàn)代檢測技術(shù)的基本要求。
