    摘 要

    洗米機是一種糧食加工機械，用于洗米的裝置。本設計的螺旋洗米機由電動機、水平螺旋軸、傾斜螺旋軸及與其相對應的減速器、機架等結構組成。米由進料口進入洗米機，經過螺旋軸的輸送進行揉搓洗滌，水流與米流逆流流動，米中的漂浮雜質在此過程中漂浮，與洗滌的濁水一起從溢流口排出，達到洗米的目的。其結構簡單，占地面積小，集搓米、洗米、除去漂浮雜質、砂石等為一體，用水量少洗滌效果好，是一種高效的連續洗米機，是食堂、大型飯店、快餐中心等較為理想的糧食洗滌機械。
    本設計擬訂了洗米機的總體結構方案，進行了運動和動力參數的計算；完成了水平螺旋軸、傾斜螺旋軸及與其相對應的減速器傳動、機架等結構設計。
